The Fast Family: Our Newest Family Member

Scott and I decided to get a new dog for the kiddos. We wanted a small dog so it could travel with us on our trips to California. Turns out a friend of mine at work had a Maltese that was going to have her 2nd litter. I saw pics of the first litter and fell in love. A Maltese was it! The dog had 3 puppies but only 2 survived, both girls. Scott was happy as he wanted a girl dog. We decided to name her ROXY. She was born June 4th. We couldn't bring her home until she was 12 weeks old but we did visit her a couple of times to get to know her. She is the sweetest dog. She is so loving and cuddly. She has tons of energy of course and loves to play fetch, tug of war, and chase. She also tries to play with the cat but Mou Mou just stares at her. She was a little nervous of the kids at first but now loves to play with them (most of the time). She has been a wonderful addition to our family.
