Girls Day
Ava and I had a girls day a couple of weekends ago. We went out to lunch to Paradise bakery and when we left he saw a place called the foot spa. We thought we should check it out. We ended up each getting a 30 hour foot massage. It was so nice. After that Ava got a haircut and we went shopping. Ava had some allowance money and wanted to spend it. She looked all throughout the girls sections...clothes, toys, shoes. And then she decided to check out the baby section. She ended up spending her money on baby Colton. What a sweetheart!!
Baseball Game
I was given baseball tickets this year for volunteering for Junior Achievement. They were free so of course they were in the nose bleeds. We still had a great time though. We went with some friends from my work. Ava made a new best friend I think!

Lake Havasu
Scott's coworker invited us to go to Lake Havasu for the weekend to stay at their house. We had a great time with Hack, Judy, Tim and Laura. It was a nice get away and only 2.5 hrs from home. We cruised in the boat, took a ride on the water weenie and played on the jet skis. Scott thought it would be funny to scare me so he decided to jump a boats wake while I was riding on the jet ski with him. We definitely got air. It felt like 5 feet but was probably more like 1 foot. The boat rides were great. It made Scott miss his boat.

July 4th
For July 4th this year we hung at home. We went swimming, BBQ'd, rode bikes and lit fireworks out front. We had a great day hangin with the fam and some of the neighbors.

Kids 1st Concert
We took the kids to their first concert on July 3rd. We were so excited to see Miranda Lambert and Darius Rucker. Unfortunately it was only fun for the first half hour. The kids got bored. Ava was asking, "how many more songs?" 15 minutes into the show. Aidan wanted to play with our phones and was not interested in the show. Scott was too hot. We were far away from the stage was it was hard to see but I still had a good time. We stayed the whole time though because there was a big firework show afterward. Aidan loved it and Ava too until she fell asleep right before the finale. I guess the next concert we take them to will be like Justin Beiber or something they are interested in.
We just got there. We were still excited.
It was a full moon that night.
That's the stage so far away.

The fireworks were great!
The Cabaret
Scott and I were invited to the Cabaret show in Prescott. One of his customers wife's was in the show. It was a really fun date night. The show was in an old church that was converted into a theater. It was a small theater so every seat in the house was good. The show was definitely entertaining. It's nice to do things we don't normally do!
Prescott is such a cute little town.
The one time church, now a theater
